Les bonnes pratiques montrent comment des mesures concr\u00e8tes peuvent \u00eatre mises en \u0153uvre au quotidien : Des conditions de travail \u00e9quitables aux changements structurels en passant par la communication inclusive. <\/p>\n\n<p>Le partage de ces exp\u00e9riences cr\u00e9e un espace d&rsquo;apprentissage commun : les organisations peuvent apprendre les unes des autres, s&rsquo;inspirer et d\u00e9velopper leurs propres approches.
